Welcome to Longhill Station!
Here you'll find important HOA documents, pool information, events calendar, community announcements and resources.
You, the homeowners of Longhill Station, have controlled the HOA via a volunteer, homeowner elected, board of directors (BOD) consisting of 1-7 homeowner representatives. As fellow homeowners, the BOD shares the same motivations to ensure the investment in our homes are protected, while the rights of all homeowners are preserved.
Keep in mind that the Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&Rs) are meant to protect the rights of each individual, while simultaneously maintaining an agreeable limit of decorum, and ensuring that a neighbor's property values and way of life are not adversely affected. Overall, the homeowners of Longhill Station have proven to be good neighbors making our community an enjoyable one to live in.
